  • The proposed project reimagines the Carolina Beach oceanfront with a vibrant new destination. Plans include an oceanfront pavilion featuring a signature restaurant & tiki bar with live entertainment, along with a 4,000-square-foot oceanfront ballroom for weddings and special events. Just across the street, a 130-150 room, all-suite, resort-style hotel will offer guests a service-focused retreat and an additional 3500 square feet of meeting space, rounding out a one-of-a-kind experience for both visitors and the local community.

  • The proposed project will be between Pelican Lane, Canal Drive and Carolina Beach Ave North and the oceanfront.

  • This project concept will anchor the north end of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The oceanfront pavilion and hotel will embrace the local Carolina Beach vibe in its architecture and design along with collaborating with community organizations to get involved with local initiatives. It will be a location for residents to enjoy oceanfront culinary options and live music, host oceanfront events and encourage relatives to stay when they visit.

  • This property will offer many amenities that will be available for enjoyment and convenience to local Carolina Beach residents. Locals can enjoy fresh coastal cuisine, tropical cocktails, and live music at our oceanfront restaurant and tiki bar — the perfect spot to gather with friends or watch the sunset. With a 4,000-square-foot ballroom for weddings and community events, the property will be a year-round destination for both celebration and relaxation.

  • All state and local standards will be met and/or exceeded during and after the project. As the proposed project is developed we will enhance the site by adding a variety of vegetation.

  • There is a traffic study currently underway with a 3rd party agency. The project will comply with all requirements of the NCDOT and any findings from the traffic study being conducted.

  • The hotel will add approximately 150+ job opportunities to the local area and will contribute to the local, state, and occupancy tax base. The anticipated level of hotel brand will attract a demographic with elevated income ranges, which will assist in increasing ancillary spending to surrounding local Carolina Beach businesses. 8,000+ square feet of meeting space will secure off-season convention business to boost all business levels in the area.
